Do score attack gruntpocalypse. Also, try to do all the daily/weekly challenges, as they normally give you a nice sum of credits.

this is what my friend said to do it helps but it takes a while.
you go in to matchmaking and go into the cooperative playlist and play scoreattack. When you get to choose the game do gruntpocalypse. and get alot of headshots.
keep doing that and you will get exp.
BUT if you do it to much you can get credit capped and cant get credits
But just do what you want.

the Oni:sword base method, get to the end of the first part get the target locater, and wait for a checkpoint. when you get the checkpoint use the target locater to get a killionaire or more. then revert to last save and repeat. DO THIS METHOD WITH EVERY SKULL ON EXCEPT FOR IRON AND SCORING IS ON TEAM

Get lucky with the Matchmaking slot machine.
