Can you turn off the blood and/or gore in halo: combat evolved or halo 2?

I went to walmart and saw both of these games for pc but before i can even think about getting one I have to see if i can turn some blood or gore off. My mom hates that and she may let me get it if i can turn it off if it isn’t that bad. I also know there isn’t much blood and gore but that little bit may keep me from it. Also how fun is it? Is it like halo 3?

Sorry but I don’t remember there being an option for turning off blood/gore. In my opinion the blood isn’t that bad but it may not be the same for your mom.
And yes it if very fun, I would say Combat evolved is the best fps ever and halo 2 in second (and that means halo 3 is third). They are like Halo 3 but better.
